Retroperitoneal fibrosis: Diagnosis and treatment

Retroperitoneal fibrosis casuistics presented by the authors allows to underline, according to literature review on this subject, the absence of a precise aetiologic orientation for this pathology, even in the presence of a valid diagnostic imaging performance, which represents an effective tool for its detection, evaluation of its extension and eventual complications as well as of treatment results.
