The Covid-19 pandemic imposes extraordinary policy interventions, like Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). This study find that: (i) investors perceive the RRF plan as a credible tool; (ii) several drivers related to trust, and sentiment explain the stock returns heterogeneity.
