The geopolitical calculus in the Middle East and all over the world is changing rapidly, especially in Turkey which is now fighting both the Islamic State, with some ambiguities, and the Kurds. The positive Vienna Agreement with Iran to fight nuclearproliferation has caused a general reassessment.
