Prime osservazioni sulla direttiva europea sul salario minimo

The essay recognizes the debate and the national proposals on the subject of minimum wages, and, examines the Directive on adequate minimum wages in the European Union, recently approved, but not yet published in the EU Official Journal. In particular, after an investigation about its contents, the contribution aims to evaluate the impact of the same on the Italian legal system.
