Dal welfare “pandemico” e universale una suggestione sulle nuove crisi industriali del XXI secolo

Starting from the analysis of the limits of the action of the Government during the pandemic in the discipline of the measures against poverty and of the social safety nets, the essay aims to trace possible lines of evolution of the instruments present in the Legal System, with a view to universalization of the same in order to use them also in terms of transition towards a new economic system.
