Sanità digitale, organizzazione e innovazione

Digital technologies have radically transformed our everyday life. These technologies now appear as physical and cognitive prostheses that give meaning and continuity to our actions, changing places, contexts and socio-economic and organizational processes. The keyword is "digital innovation". It is so pervasive and disruptive that it now dominates every space of discussion about the present and the future of our society. The essay deals with the issue of digital transformation by declining its possible applications in the health sector about the Italian situation, intending to reflect on innovation as a process.
The essay starts with an intervention training project that represented the occasion for an ethnography-organizational research, the immaterial dimensions that are the backdrop to the innovative processes in the organization.
