I confini materiali e immateriali della povertà nel territorio di Roma Capitale e gli effetti sui minori

This paper analyses the multidimensional impact of the pandemic on the City of Rome, focusing in particular on those “new poors” represented by families with minors. The results confirm the increased exposure to poverty for these households, identifying the minors as “poors among the poors”, since their pre-existing fragility is further compromised by both economic and immaterial deprivation, which affects at once the educational, cultural and relational spheres.
