Virtualità e cittadinanza. Pedagogia del lavoro e dimensione comunitaria

The pandemic has prompted a significant acceleration in terms of new digital professions, but also of virtuality, remote work, innovation in the most classic contexts. Beyond the debate on the need to preserve an authentic relationship, virtuality can become an opportunity, a new front of research about citizenship for pedagogy. Globalization, the global gaze is the furrow within which the virtuality of work can build a citizenship, which is above all citizenship of rights. The recognition and satisfaction of the latter for a worker in virtuality, able to satisfy his own needs to live with dignity, are the necessary premise. From work, from new virtual work and the pedagogical reflection connected to it, an opportunity for other perspectives of citizenship.
