Applicability of the guidelines for the evaluation of the professional responsibility of the physicians

In light of the recent Lawcalled "Balduzzi" doctrine was largely devoted to a discussion of the new statutory instrument, reserving a special interest in aspects of being achieved in the field of professional liability. The authors proceed to a review of scientific literature on the subject of qualitative validation of the Guidelines through a tool, Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation, widely recognized by experts.
