La tutela del reddito nel d.d.l. di riforma del mercato del lavoro: uno sguardo d’insieme

For over twenty years measures to cushion the effects of unemployment has been subjected of resolutions and proposals for reform, but ever completed. In this context, the essay is concerned to describe critically the recent attempt of the last government, extrapolating from the complex bill to reform the labor market, the rules about income support during unemployment or suspension of the relationship of work. The analysis that follows allows the A. to affirm the substantial continuity of new guarantees to those already existing, even if in a pattern that is appreciated for an attempt at rationalization and extension of existing levels of protection.
