Political preferences and nudging for healthcare: Evidence from Covid certificates

abstract:
This chapter discusses the use of nudging in healthcare policies, and the impact of nudging in the presence of different political/ideological preferences that might be correlated with individual choices. Among the many available examples, the chapter concentrates on the case of Covid-19 vaccination, a salient recent political issue for which no-vax groups extensively protest against government decisions in several countries.
