The racial laws as a historiographical problem

The article focuses on the promulgation of racial laws in the fascist era, with particular attention to their application in schools. The educational dimension of racist and anti-Semitic legislation is explored through the analysis of the contents of the propaganda press and the direct action of the hierarchs involved in various capacities in the change decided by the regime in 1938.
