Microteaching and video annotation: mentor teachers’ considerations on applied video analysis

The authors, building on previous work (Bocci, 2019; 2022), focus on the use of Microteaching and Video-annotation to understand the educational dynamics in the ecology of learning processes in educational institutions. Attention is also paid to teacher agency, recursive reflexivity and formative research.
