abstract:
We describe a case of a very old patient with breast implants detected during a chest radiograph. The patient underwent a bilateral mastectomy for a multifocal lobular cancer diagnosed at the age of 64yo and a subsequently subglandular breast implant surgery A conventional thorax radiography after 25 years identifies in this case the presence of breats implants thanks to wall calcifications An off laberl use of chest x-ray allows to evaluate the presence, the localization and some information of breast implants, expecially in old patients.
